The bungalow is more than 100 years old and is a well-maintained heritage property. It was constructed by the British owner at an altitude of 4150 feet and offers magnificent views on all sides. Up to 4 well-furnished bedrooms are available with attached modern bathrooms. The Bungalow has wooden floors and ceilings, complete with full wall picture windows and a fireplace in the drawing-room.

East: Lawn, Bamboo grove,Siliguri lights at night. South: Lawn, Bougainville, Hill covered with Azalea. West: Roses,Jasmine, Magnolia, Goomtee factory. North: A hundred Pine Trees,Camellia and Jungpana Tea Garden. Sky: Brilliant sunrise in the morning and stars at night.
